For every page creation, you have to go on the desire blog and click on pages. See bellow

And at last Generate it in html mode and save. You will gate html code. Copy this code and paste it in your new Term and services page in html mode and publish.
4. Privacy Policy
Privacy Policy is also important for those who want to get adsense in their sites. So, you need to create it. For this go to this link. privacypolicyonline and fill up all box. Also you need to give Tick before the adds what you use or want to use.
And Publish it as before.
5. Sitemap
Sitemap is the most important page for google. You need to create a xml site map. And upload it in your root file. If it is for your blog please create a new page and paste the xml code. For generation of xml sitemap you can go here. xml-sitemaps and fillup all box and create site map and copy or Download and paste in your sitemap page in html mode and publish.
